Computer Setup
Our computer setup service allows you to avoid the hassle of setting up your new computer. One of our certified technicians on staff will come out to your location and setup your system for you.
Our Certified Technician will:
- Setup one or more PC or Mac computer(s) including the computer and monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers
- Install software (provided by customer) and updates
- Configure system to access your existing Internet account for faster connection
- Setup existing email account(s)
- Personalize workspace
- Hook up a printer(s) and other devices
Tablet Setup
Getting a new device is always fun – but sometimes this comes with the hassle of setting it up and worrying about it being done correctly. This service will allow you to avoid the hassle of setting up a new tablet. One of our certified technicians on staff will setup your tablet customized to your lifestyle, connect it to your wireless network, and show you how to get the most out of your new device.
Our Certified Technician will:
- Install required software to sync device on client’s existing computer
- Add device to client’s existing wireless network
- Configure email account(s) on the device
- Make client preferred setting adjustments for optimal performance
- Activate 3G services, if applicable (client must setup with service provider prior to tablet setup)
- Install apps of choice
WiFi & Office Network
The ability to share internet access, printers and files from anywhere in your home or office can open a window of opportunities for your needs. This feature allows for quick and easy multitasking; all within a safe and secure wireless network.
Our Certified Technician will:
- Setup an office or home network
- Setup a wired and/or wireless network
- Troubleshoot networking issues

- Add application to show up in “start” menu and appear in quick launch tool bar (client’s preference)
